Interim care can be used during the intermediate stage of wound healing. It will provide a light pressure to newly healed sensitive skin when full recommended therapeutic pressure is not indicated or tolerated by the patient.

MTM garments

Indications

Interim care is designed for short term use, until weight has stabilised and the wound is completely healed. At this stage full therapeutic MTM garments are recommended. Ready to wear garments may also be used for dressing retention.
